have been doing it for week, have lost lbs, probably mostly water weight, but have not been this down on myself in long time. After that, all the foods you can are real foods. My blood pressure and pulse rate were high. According to the authors claims, this plan is beneficial. lost inches from the largest part of my stomach and lbs! Sassy water was little hard in the beginning. AND Ive tried all kinds of healthier foods, like more whole grains, veggie burgers and hot dogs, and avoiding chemicals...and that cant be bad thing!

On the 1st day of the day cleanse, my blood sugar shot up to 2x higher than it should have been at that time of day. And the recipes that have tried are delicious. never crash diet..I dont have the time But with the simple recipes and snacks this is totally doable for the stretched too thin. The thing liked best about it is that it is lowcarb, low sugar, heavy on fruits, vegetables, lean meats and fish, the good fats, and very little, if any, processed foods.

Ill post in few weeks with more results. For the Flat Belly Diet, can someone tell me what type of smoothies youre supposed to have in the first days of the plan. did excercise 3060 minutes every other day. During days you also must avoid coffee, any soft drink, sweeteners, salt, excess carbs, bulky raw food, gassy foods, gum, fried foods, spicy foods. For some reason this did not bother me at all and drink coffee at least twice day. The menu got from the flat belly diet and like it. can already see and feel the difference The book makes alot of sense and the MUFAs are really helping to keep me feeling satisfied. The Sassy Water water with sliced lemon, sliced peeled cucumber, grated ginger and mint leaves is really growing on me except like it better without the cucumber.
