Too many men in their twenties mostly focus on bars and parties with friends and consuming fast food most guys could be taking better care of themselves. They usually don't get enough sleep or the right nutrients and excercise and later in life they might find themselves with health problems. Keeping these things in mind, it's very important that men in their twenties get meat in moderation fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy for calcium and strong bones.

Once you reach 30 your bones are pretty much done growing so they need to make them as strong as possible while they have the opportunity to do so.  With muscles for the most part its the same story. It's easier to build muscles when you're young than it is when you're older So be sure to mind your health issues in your 20's so you feel good when you get older.  It's important to eat well throughout your life however as you move through your 30's and 40's your dietary needs will change.

Many men decide to worry about health later in life however, this usually is risky because after a certain point prevention doesn't help anymore. The longer you wait the more drastic the methods for getting healthy become. If you want to stay away from these stonger measures later in life its important to eat right in your 20's .
