can tell you what plan you should be on, ill tell you the servings, use your orignal kit as food guide list, but ill give you the modifications to your serving sizes so you can do the plan wout the lites. have lost in period of months pounds! work for an Online school whom love and in addition to losing weight, if some of you do the same. didnt care anymore till my doctor gave me wake up call by reminding me that my time here was growing short because of my weight. The girl from PWL gave me her phone to help me when reach my goal in months. Mostly because was already sick of them. Your weeks are then calculated based upon what you payed per week.
