But remember the more you limit yourself the harder it is to properly when you come off that diet. Also have found that if have yogurt in the morning it doesnt satisfy me but if put couple of tablespoons of cottage cheese in it, it goes lot further.

buy the singleserving packs comes in pack of 4, where each one is calories or so. dont see where there would be problem to limit your diet to prevent cancer, rid of diet soda and regular soda and anything that is highly processed or made w lot of preservatives. put cup in bowl and then add either cup of blueberries or strawberries. accidentally bought the 4 kind and it gives it slightly different flavor and really think its much more filling.

Unfortunately! 01, AMIve been eating cottage cheese for breakfast the past few days and just stumbled across this thread. But remember the more you limit yourself the harder it is to properly when you come off that diet.
