Another is fresh strawberries with balsamic vinegar. Wash and drain strawberries. Cut off the green stems. Use REAL balsamic vinegar from Modena. It’s naturally sweet instead of acidic. Serve with a dollup of whipped cream. Brown sugar can be used in this recipe but why? The balsamic vinegar is sweet enough. If you whip your cream by hand try using the brown sugar to sweeten the cream and a couple of drops of pure vanillia extract. The cream will take a light ivory color that is interesting.

very awesome. i will try this. i lost all my weight by turning my liability of overeating into an asset. this sounds delicious, and something i can eat until i’m in pain, but my hips would be none the wiser. thanks!
