So frustrating. stuck in there and crave fruit every day. was elated! On day 5, was feeling little depressed and needed pick me up so jumped on the scale. fit club. Thank you Dr. Everything he said seemed so logical and there was absolutely no hype or BS no fat. The late hours at which worked didnt help. am years old and couldnt begin to tell you how many diets Ive been on every diet there is to be on and have refused medical suggestion for surgery. am an apple shape so havent lost anything from my waist YET.

Im feeling good and people are beginning to fit loosely and just feel more energetic. am hooked. know can add few more items like bread and dessert, but Ive already decided to in moderation and then again maybe Ill pass all together.
