The late hours at which worked didnt help. am years old and couldnt begin to tell you how many diets Ive been on every diet there is to be on and have refused medical suggestion for surgery. am an apple shape so havent lost anything from my waist YET.<p><p>Im feeling good and people are beginning to fit loosely and just feel more energetic. am hooked. know can add few more items like bread and dessert, but Ive already decided to in moderation and then again maybe Ill pass all together. Dr. dont feel hungry through the day, and getting on the scale weeks later on was down 9 to 217. began the 9day phase on and by the 9th day, lost lbs without doing any exercise at all.<p><p>have lost pounds and have never felt better!!! It was blessing to see Dr. All the other diet books have been donated. After the first phase, this programs moves from being diet to way of life. have long way to go but if can stay focused know will there. So weigh in time.
