But remember the more you limit yourself the harder it is to properly when you come off that diet. Also have found that if have yogurt in the morning it doesnt satisfy me but if put couple of tablespoons of cottage cheese in it, it goes lot further.

Unfortunately! 01, AMIve been eating cottage cheese for breakfast the past few days and just stumbled across this thread.
