This gives me variety so dont bored. okay first of all you people who say that you are gaining weight from it is probly because you did not finish it and are jealous about the people who did me personally did this diet and lost weight even did not stick to it all the way because hate tomatoes but still lost weight but am gonna try it again so all you peole who want to do this just suck it up and do it you will thank me.
