Thursday, July 31st, 2008Im sure have lost some fat Ive beentraining that way for weeks or so. My muscles look more defined. amsure its going to be my training system forlife. used machines,cables, free weights, Bow Flex,calisthenics, plyometrics, rubberbands, and everything else in between. I used Ellipticals, treadmills,stairsteppers, ropejumping, heavybag, running hills, circuit training,........you name it. I followedprofessional bodybuilders routines. tried naturalbodybuilders routines. tried high volume, and low volume.and no resultsto show for it!
Their meals are not very nutritious accordingto popular standards. think that the only size gain had beenexperiencing lately was my tendons and ligaments swelling up from the excessiveamount of weight they were trying to handle, because my musclescertainly werent getting much bigger. I am thankful to God that didnt geta hernia!. All the different amounts ofsets, exercises, rep ranges, cardios, etc. did anywhere from 2sets anexercise to 10. tried between rep per set all the way to 50reps per set. did slow cardio.I did fast cardio.
